Hindu Wedding

Hindu Weddings are known to be rich in tradition and color. Tariq & Alyssa's wedding is no exception. It was a 2 day celebration with the Hindu Wedding being held on a Friday and Reception done on a Saturday. Here are highlights of the Wedding.

Andrey & Suzette Wedding Highlights

The last wedding shoot of our 2008 season. The civil wedding was held at the Filipino Center in Toronto, it is a small wedding attended by close friends and relatives.

Our Debutants

Debut is a coming-of-age celebration for Filipino women that is somewhat reminiscent of the Spanish tradition of the "Quinceanera" celebration. The difference between the Spanish Quinceanera and the Philippine Debut is the age at which the celebration takes place. The Philippine debut celebrates a woman entering into her 18th year, while the Spanish Quineanera takes place on a young lady's 15th birthday.

On their 18th birthday, Filipino women throw a large party, complete with her own hand-picked debut court of 18 people. These 18 are 9 males and 9 females who the celebrant pairs off into partners. The celebrant's court usually wears a uniform formal outfit chosen by the celebrant similar to that of a wedding party, while the celebrant typically wears an extravagant ball gown.

50th Birthday- For the Emcee

We have known Elisa for 5 years now, she is known as the emcee among her circle of friends. She was emcee when we did sisters Luz & Donna 50th Birthday, Bonnie's 60th Birthday & Beverlys Sweet 16. Five years down the road Elisa will be celebrating her big 50 this coming April. Elisa made sure that we are available to photograph & video taped her big day, she booked with us as early as December 2007.

Elisa has been one of our biggest fans and has given us countless referrals. Digital Studio Asia will make sure that we pay tribute to our biggest fan come April 4.
